Affordable space is at the heart of our mission.
Dance Loft provides four studio spaces and a 110-seat black-box theater for rehearsals, performances, and creative residencies—supporting thousands of local artists each year. The remarkable 2,000-square-foot space, acts as the stage for all kinds of events. It was the heart of the original Park Theater in the 1920's.

Education is a cornerstone of our work at Dance Loft on 14.
From baby steps to seasoned dancers, our youth and adult dance programs nurture creativity, discipline, and self-expression in an inclusive, welcoming space. Our bilingual dance field trips and programs in local schools bring high-quality arts education to hundreds of young people across D.C.
